eBook FAQs

1. I entered the wrong email address when I purchased my ebook.  How do I correct my email address?

This correction must be made by Campus eBookstore.  Please email your request to support@campusebookstore.com and use the subject line "Incorrect Email Address".  Include as much of the following information as possible:

• your first and last name
• the order date
• the book title
• an order number if you have one
• the incorrect email which you provided at checkout*
• the correct email address which you wish to use for your account 

*If you don't know the incorrect email which you used at the time of purchase, please email haven@cusaonline.ca and we'll look it up for you.

While you await support, you may be able to access your ebook through your newly created account at campusebookstore.com.  Sign-in as a student using the incorrect email address which you provided at checkout.  Once you're in, you'll likely find your ebook waiting for you!
